You can have it all, it just means you’re going to need to delegate some of the hats you’re wearing! In this episode, we’re joined by husband, father, entrepreneur, and Winnipeg native, Jordan Hammond. In a world where hustle culture is celebrated, Jordan has built a successful HVAC company of course with hard work, but also while prioritizing time with his family. Jordan shares how he was inspired as a teenager at a Robert Kiyosaki event, and has gone on to become one of the first entrepreneurs in his family. From “failed” clothing store, to building his current company with plans to exit, Jordan shares what his journey has looked like as he’s implemented lessons learned, and delegated to his team! All while being able to take Fridays off, and travel with his family.
